[Noisebridge-discuss] LED Sign Progress; Wiki Page?

I spent some serious time poking at the LED screen tonight.  Progress
was made!

Important finding: I believe the ISA-ish daughterboard expects IO
writes to ports 0x0180 through 0x183, though I haven't figured out
what each port does just yet.  I also haven't tested this by driving
the lines yet, since I don't yet know what the ports do...
