Donations are far better for science than giving them to a greedy
software wannabe!  Donations it is :).

I'll see everyone tonight.  Hopefully there's a short time for
discussion regarding my limited experience with looking, negotiation,
and failing with the collaborative business model for finding the
right space.  I talked to one of the space owners to the point of an
offer, which some others in my group weren't too keen on accepting.  I
can tell you about the space, the deal we were working on, and why I
think Noisebridge (what do I know) might like it better than C21.  The
short of it is 150 Folsom (b/w Spear and Main), http://dimension7.com,
modimension at yahoo.com.  The original Craigslist ad was "2000 sq. ft.
for $2500".  Michael canceled plans with everyone other than us
because he wanted a company that he could collaborate with and one
that was willing to collaborate with him and his group.
