Yeah I had noticed the 880 Harrison location on craigslist and posted
it on the wiki since it seemed to match the criteria for an ideal
spot, despite, as you mentioned, a somewhat depressing atmosphere. The
location isn't exactly inspiring either (across the street from
rundown ex-Staples building and highway offramp), but sure, I'm down
for this preliminary viewing you speak of.
