[Noisebridge-discuss] Bigass Bylaws Meeting next Tuesday!!

Hi Everyone,
 
The time has come!  Next Tuesday, since most people who are interested in formulating our bylaws will be in town, everyone who wants to participate in finishing off the bylaws will be locked in a room, and no one gets out till we have our bylaws written up, and ready to send to the state!
 
We will have two bylaws already written up, and ready to choose between:  Option 1 (without big-M Members), and Option 2 (with big-M Members).
 
If we choose Option 2, it has been suggested that we have a lawyer (perhaps Carol Gee, who we met with earlier about our bylaws) take a look at them before mailing in our bylaws (since bylaws with big-M Members are more complex, legally).  David has graciously offered to pay for an hour of lawyer fees for this.
 
So, mark your calendars, and get ready for the big event that ends our law-hacking and starts off Noisebridge into being the way fucking cool hacker space we all want it to be!
