Yes, thanks for bringing this up. I agree with this. For example, we 
might issue "technical reports" based on our projects, or run an online 
open access technical journal focusing on areas of interest to members. 
Both of these should count as publically available scientific research, 
and both are things I would be excited to see Noisebridge do.

Sounds reasonable. Add it to the wiki-bylaws. Regardless of whether we 
have Members or 'members' this seems like a better statement.
