[Noisebridge-discuss] LED sign

Not sure if it's being considered for outside, but there are some zoning
issues to consider.  As far as I remember, SF code doesn't allow any
flashing or otherwise varying illuminated signs in RC zones.  Constant on is
ok if it's not huge. One sign is permitted per street frontage.
