hey everyone,

Great to see people at the space today. Can't believe we're finally here!

I'm contacting insurance agents to ask for quotes starting tomorrow. I 
have enough information to fill out the form I have. Our lease requires 
us to obtain $1MM in general liability coverage, so I will ask for a 
quote which includes at least that. Previously, I have been told a 
rough, rough ballpark for us would be $500 to $2500 per year.

Beyond that, there was some discussion at the meeting that we may want 
theft coverage. I will ask for a range of options here to see different 
prices.

If you have notes or concerns that you want me to bring up with the 
insurance agents, please send them to me tomorrow. Then update the wiki 
page.
