[Noisebridge-discuss] Prototype This - Bay Area filmed very hacker friendly show

Hi all,

Earlier this week Prototype This premiered on the Discovery Channel - from
the same production company at Mythbusters, looks to be a fairly interesting
show (especially if they manage to get the redundant elements removed and
show more of what they are actually hacking on and building).

But that said, take a look at

- production notes and schematics from the first episode.

Seems like a good trend, hopefully many other great hacker friendly shows
will do something similar - between Prototype This and History Hacker (Bre
Prettis's show which I hope gets picked up) seems like there is a wave of
new shows on TV which are showing hackers in a fairly positive light.

Anyway, also great to see that San Francisco seems to be a hotbed of fairly
interesting tech focused shows.
