[Noisebridge-discuss] Insurance app questions about the space

I asked about the age of the building and the landlady said she'd had 
the building constructed about 12 years ago; previously there were 
garages on the lot.  We should be able to get the exact year from her 
easily enough but it's definitely under 25 years old.
