[Noisebridge-discuss] creme brulee or baking basics? for april 19th?

i want to do another, uh, 'food hacking' class at 83c. we may move
improptu to my house a couple blocks away when we get to the oven bit,
depending on how well behaved the noisebridge oven is. (i'm sick of
waiting for the oven to fix itself. how come that never works?)

i am happy to either do a basic intro to baking or reprise my creme brulee
class, depending on the market signals i get from you all.

my way of teaching cooking is very conceptual- either baking or creme
brulee is a lot about how and why, not just what to do.

i am thinking the 19th, but not for any particular reason, so happy to
move to other dates. weeks work as well as weekends, and my daughter will
attend.
