In previous non-profit day jobs, I've been able to secure affordable
software and networking gear from TechSoup <http://www.techsoup.org/>.

In preparation for our future space growth, it would be nice to get some
"proper" network gear; modern gigE swithes (without the loudness of
donated fastE goodies) and wifi access points.  It's unclear to me if we
can fall under the "Other instruction and training" and/or "Educating or
preparing individuals before disasters occur" (ie: CPR class) mission
<http://www.techsoup.org/stock/restrictions.asp#cisco>.

Do we have know someone at TechSoup who could clarify this for us?

Regardless, it points out we should work on a marketing effort to reach
out to the local community and other not-already-reading-Make: folks.
