[Noisebridge-discuss] Noisebridge East

I am in support of a Noisebridge East too, since I live over here and  
the distance is prohibitive.  I have been trying to buy a duplex near  
Bart for some time, would it be acceptable to live in the other half  
of a duplex and rent out half to Noisebridge? I don't know if that is  
something I can find or afford, but  I would love to have Noisbridge  
close to home, and have given it some thought lately.  You know there  
is a duplex for sale for 350 right across the street from Ashby Bart,  
but if it goes over, I can't afford it.
This is an excellent time to expand because of the economy, buying and  
renting is cheaper than ever.  Let me know what I can do to help.   
Should we form a group for East BAy expansion?
