someone (chris or jake or someone upstairs) mentioned that they had the
schematic under a frie-nda, but i did just enough poking w/ the
multimeter to mumble into the wiki at:

high-level summary, the pins one needs to reprogram the pic are already
taken out to the resistors just above the pic. they're 603 sized, but
are far enough apart to give easier access than the pins on the pic
itself (not that hard since it's ssop rather than qfn/bga/something
irritating). 

afaict, only MCLR# needs to be 're-routed' (from vcc to ground) to get
teh programmer to do its thing.
