After Slim's class on Thursday some folks might be interested to head
over to this party in the TL marking the release of Jaunty Jackalope
Ubuntu Linux.  Free Jaunty Jackalope CDs + INSTALL FEST: Bring your
laptop, leave with Ubuntu.  Featuring musical performance by
STARPAUSE (Mp3Death.US Creative Commons netlabel) with a lineup of
8-bit and electro DJs making music on Linux handhelds (Game Park GP2X,
EeePC), and live robotics demonstrations from the Orb SWARM crew
(fresh from their last appearance at Noisebridge 5 Minutes of Fame).
Cash bar, food, and dancing til 2am.

Thursday April 23: Install Fest starts at 8, music at 9.  Venue is
Caffeine, 835 Geary (at Larkin), all ages, catering to alcoholics and
espresso junkies.
