This speech given today by President Obama is a must-read.  He is
transforming the landscape of science, tech, math funding, and
education thereof, in America.  Science investment as 3% of GDP!
Perhaps most importantly, he is planning on using his Bully Pulpet
raising the stature of scientific inquiry to the highest levels.
