[Noisebridge-discuss] warehouse space/ noisebridge east?

Dude.

I used to live in that neighborhood. While I would say that it is far 
from a "good" neighborhood. Matt commented, about his condo a few blocks 
from there, that he'd only gotten mugged once since he got his place. 
The neighborhood has a few artists, a lot of decent working class folks, 
and then a lot of gangs and thugs.

I wish we had more people in East Bay since I live over here, not more 
than two miles from the space you describe, but you definitely need to 
watch your ass over there.
