It seems that NB East is still pretty exploratory.  I think that "go for
it" is pushing too hard & too fast.  It took NB West (as it were) two
years to get itself together enough to get a space, and while NB East
can probably beat that with one hand behind its collective back, it has
really only been seriously floated since what, yesterday?

Let's let it take its time.  Maybe it's something separate that East
Bayers do, maybe it's an actual Branch Location, maybe it's something
else.  No need to push!
