Hi Rich,

The last I was aware there was a proposal, but it was met with
opposition and was sent back to be rewritten.

I have not heard anything since, and a quick search failed to find an
update on the story.

Do you know something new?

note: I am highly opposed to this sort of law, this is what I wrote
