[Noisebridge-discuss] New place locator

This is another one of thost things, like the calendar, where The Goog
already basically done the work for us.

We *could* set up a database and a web front-end that pulls in some maps
javascript API and allows users to drop points and comments, OR you can log
in with a google account, click this

and edit away.
