I will miss making brownies, cookies, creme brulees, loaves of bread,
and experimental chocolate desserts, cakes, diabetic and vegan
friendly variations and so on I have been working on in my absent
time. If we do sometime in the future of the space have an oven, I
pretty much have completed a Baking! With! Science! course I want to
force some of your to take. Next up I kind of want to start thinking
about a total cooking for geeks kind of thing.

FOOD + SCIENCE = FUN (and possibly getting too full)

(still no molecular gastronomy from me. I still try to make as much of
my cooking stuff as low tech as I can, but if someone wants to get
into that stuff, I am happy to help where I can.)

(miss you guys)
