As I've been visiting hacker spaces in Austria and Germany, I've been telling people about Noisebridge and our new space.  Everyone is way happy for us (including me)!  :)

This evening Andy and myself, along with Wai Ho, the building owner,
signed the lease on 2169 Mission St, 3rd floor.  We then had a
celebratory cup of Club Mate (the Hos thought it wasn't that bad).
Present were Wai Ho, Henry Ho (our point of contact), Andy, Seth, Rubin,
Shannon, Miloh, and myself.  Miloh took a bunch of video and will surely
make it visible once he's edited it.

We have paid an initial payment of $10,800, which is $3600 each for
first month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit.  We
received a check for $6000 which the Hos are kindly giving us to cover
the cost of the bathroom renovation.  The lease officially starts on
September 1 but they have graciously allowed us early access so we can
start on the buildout asap.
