Note that if you do this and later do something with an iPhone that
Apple disapproves of, Apple might argue that you breached a contract
that you formed when you downloaded the SDK.  Hence if Apple's ability
to raise this argument against you might be a concern to you, the
first thing to do even before downloading the SDK might be to seek
legal advice.
