   outstanding minutes! many thanks, steen. 

   put me, jim, down for volunteering to help with floors. 

   rachel partnered with me on the electrical, so i'd like 
to partner with rachel on the painting (i worked as a 
housepainter for a bunch of years, and i ended up a pretty 
good spray gunner as well as a brusher and roller and 
prepper.... 

   neil and i had a pretty good discussion about the 
electrical and are thinking of putting sub-panels on 
the south wall in the west corner, middle, and east 
corner as well as on the north wall in the east corner. 
   we'll probably agree to replace the groady sub-panel 
in the front room. 
   we'll also probably agree to de-section the tracks 
suspended from the ceiling so's each section is 
separately powered with its own 20 Amp circuit. 
   the basic idea behind these probablies is 
flexibility--we can foresee needing power for various 
things in various places. 
   i think it's a good plan.
