[Noisebridge-discuss] Updated main page to the wiki

The new wiki homepage looks great!

I tried tweaking the page a little and found I couldn't use alternate links
in images like so:

I suspect it's because the wiki software isn't running recent code.
(figuring out if it's a version problem is a bother, there are so many
intermediate versions) How can we get the wiki upgraded to the latest
version? I'd consider doing it myself.
