MPJA has a reasonable selection at not unreasonable prices.

That seems like an awfully big surface to be practical though.
Remember you need to cool the hot side of the cooler, and they are not
really efficient so you waste a lot of power as heat, which you will
need to remove (as well as the heat from your target). Consider
repurposing the cooling coils from a small fridge.
