Rachel and I, with the help of mct, Trista, Leif, and Jason Dusek (my
apologies to anyone I forgot), installed plastic on 5 of the 6
skylights-with-vents.  One skylight-with-vent has a ton of building
supplies under it and will need attention after the building supplies
are moved.

The two skylight-with-domes (that don't have vents) also would benefit
from plasticking to give them more thermal mass, but it's less critical.
