[Noisebridge-discuss] Mysterious coded message in bathroom

There is a curiously-coded message hanging in the bathroom at 83c. It has been taped on the wall opposite the mirror in the bathroom, as each of the letters are horizontally translated.

Does anyone know where this came from? Without some more context for the message, the encoding isn't obvious.
