[Noisebridge-discuss] Mysterious coded message in bathroom

Congrats to Noah for cracking, and bonus points for replying in the
same.  The message was posted back in October as an sf0 task
(http://sf0.org/tasks/The-Arcane-Ensconced/) but also as something we
thought might be fun.  The thought was that person A posts an encoded
message, person B solves it, person B posts an encoded message, person
C solves it, rinse, repeat.
