They don't block it universally. They only started blocking it at my 
house when they detected "evidence" of a spam attack or something some 
weekend. Since I was the only one using my locked network with a Mac Pro 
that weekend, I was highly skeptical. Once they block off the port, 
you're pretty much done with it though.
