[Noisebridge-discuss] 802.11b AP-AP bridging testing in progress

I got two Linksys WRT54G APs running with dd-wrt Linux on them and have them connected as master<->managed. Hopefully this setup will one-day become a wireless bridge from 83c out into the world.

There is a rolling ping-test running on pony that pings the IP interface on the remote AP unit and logs the times.

This setup leaves one AP on the smaller desk upstairs - connected to an omni antenna, and another AP on top of the metal shelves under the window in the main room.

I intend to leave the test running for a couple days - so please refrain from moving the APs if you can.
If you have to scoot them around for whatever reason, the configuration starts on boot so just plug and unplug the unit.

Cheers,
jonathan
