[Noisebridge-discuss] Membership and Elections?

Al raises a pretty good point here. Do we even have an election procedure
in place? I'm thinking in terms of having a plan to send out paper/email
ballots, timeline for campaigning and voting, plan for avoiding
fraud/verifying legitimacy of ballots, etc.

We've done the announcement bit, but it occurs to me that nobody really
knows what to do from here. We definitely don't ever get enough members at
a meeting to have a quorum. (And I think laws saying that even folks that
aren't able to make it to a meeting should have the opportunity, although
IANAL, so I couldn't say for sure.)

Where do we go from here?

Christie
