Hi all,

We're confirmed for 8PM tomorrow, Tuesday.

The landlord will be present starting at 7:30.  I'd like to see a small
number of people with specific tasks in mind showing up at 7:30, with
a general viewing starting at 8.

The following tasks need to be done:

1. measure the space.
2. catalog installed utilities (electric, water, data, security)
3. analyze electrical service
4. verify flooring, check for rot / damage
5. verify roof integrity, check for leaks / mold
6. verify windows (how many are broken? how bad is the grouting? Do they open?) 
7. site survey for point-to-point wireless links
