Hi,

I spoke with my architect, Eliza Hart. She wasn't up for taking a look
at the space (I can only assume that she's concerned about liability),
but her comment was that any work should be done with permits. That
comment is no surprise to me -- she's been telling me that for two years.

She wasn't sure about the ADA requirements. If I have time tomorrow,
Friday, I'll see if I can do to the Building Department to speak with
someone about ADA issues in general.

Sorry that I have nothing more specific to report.
