That was me picking up.  I could hear you fine, but it was obvious you 
could not hear me.

Also, in observing people attempting to make outgoing calls, I've noticed 
that they've experienced confusion trying to do 7-digit dialing for 415 
numbers, so I've added 7-digit dialing to the dial plan if you want to 
dial within the 415 area code.

(9 to get out, then nxx dddd)
