[Noisebridge-discuss] Moving pledge page up

I'd hope that whoever pledged before and wasn't able to renew the pledge at
the meeting would add their pledge to the wiki.  I don't see any reason that
anyone who hasn't pledged before but wants to contribute can't add their
pledge and help us out.
