What if we did a fundraiser to cover the cost of shipping? It seems
there's enough excitement brewing that people wouldn't mind donating
for the Club Mate cause (I'd throw down $20 - are there 32.86 other
people who would do the same?). I recall some earlier discussions
about throwing a party at dna lounge to raise money. People like to
donate to a good cause, and this is certainly a good cause.

Anyway, let's assume we gathered the $657.20 in some fashion and it
didn't have to be repaid... (unlike "loans" from other people for the
cost of the actual bottles - that is how we were doing that part
right?)

Bottle cost to us: $2.50

Individually sold for $4/bottle - $1.50 profit
By-the-case (20) sold for $3.75/bottle ($75/case - same as what 2600
is charging) - $1.25 profit ($25/case)

If we did a promotion like 2600 - "we'll deliver to you - one day
only" - I'm sure we would get plenty of orders in the bay area. I'd be
willing to take a saturday and help make that happen.

Here's some more numbers if you're into that kind of thing:

Let's say we sold 20 cases this way (and the other 20 at $4/bottle):

$25/case * 20 = $500 profit
20 * 20 * $1.50 = $600 profit

Total profit - $1100

Regardless of these numbers, we can totally make this work so can we
just go ahead and say "hell yeah we want Club Mate" and get it shipped
out here already? :)

On a side note - I was initially on board for getting a whole
container of bottles but 800 bottles seems much more reasonable and
gives us an easy way to test the demand without too much risk.
