Thanks to a lot of hard work last night from Rubin and jof, pony is
now known as pony.noisebridge.net and has a real IP address.  This
means that tor on pony can now take full advantage of our 24Mbps down
/ 5 Mbps up circuit from Comcast for all your anonymization needs.
