What a difference 9 months makes.

I spoke with Gary (the broker) last summer and he could barely give me
the time of day.  Today, he called me back within 15 minutes and was
very flexible.

I posted some details on the wiki.  We're going to see the space this
Friday at 1PM.  Please email me (offlist or not, as you choose) if you'd
like to come along, or SMS day-of.
