Thank you, Jason.  I'm really glad to hear this from you.  I know it's
sometimes pretty frustrating and hard to deal with things when you feel sure
about something and others are not agreeing.  But in a consensus driven
community, it's particularly necessary to try to understand differing points
of view.

It brings us that much closer together to understand each other's
perspective.  This is one of the fundamental reasons I prefer this decision
process more than a democracy.  It requires of us to take the time to
understand each other, which in the end will only make us stronger.

I'm hoping this can be left behind as a lesson in understanding and we can
move away from it.  I look forward to seeing more good stuff from you in the
future.  Like the work I believe you owe Dr. Jesus on pony. <grin>
