[Noisebridge-discuss] oscilloscope etc. over abundance

The oscilloscopes with Daniella's labels were left where they are on the
downstairs shelves.  There's plenty of space for them at the moment.  The
ones that went upstairs are working scopes that should be shelved and saved.
