an additional python slot for open-ended
python topics on monday after 8 PM sounds
good to me.
baypiggies, the peninsula/silicon valley
python interest group, has meetings on the
fourth thursdays of each month. typically
the meetings start with a "newbie nugget",
a ten minute presentation of a python
feature or technique for people relatively
new to python (not beginning programmers,
probably the prime target is programmers
who are fairly new to python). the topics
suggested seem similar.
would decorators, callbacks, generators,
list comprehension... be suitable topics?
i.e. can we settle on a criteria for a
topic that can be presented in ten to
fifteen minutes?
