Hmmm, we may have to refactor the announce mailing list -- we're
currently sending out about 3 messages a week, generally <24 hours ahead
of the event being announced, and I suspect we're annoying non-members
due to it.  Let's go ahead and announce the new French classes and
evaluate where we are at that point.
