The landlord had informed us when we moved in that this was a potential
problem, and that they want to try to fix it when the problem next
manifested itself.  So, I left her voicemail letting her know that we're
seeing leakage.

Hopefully people finished moving the drillpress table out of the way
after I left tonight and the landlord's handyman will be able to open up
the panel in the wall, figure out where the water's coming from and
(maybe?) make it stop.
