There are safety meeting minutes on the wiki?  I spent several hours looking
for any documentation at all on this and couldn't find it.  (I did, however,
find some pages used by someone for a distributed file system.)  Where would
I find this documentation?  It seems to me that something more...
immediately accessible might be a good idea too.

BTW, I noticed the safety page is orphaned, but don't know where it should
link from.  Any suggestions?
