[Noisebridge-discuss] Plans for a steam turbine engine?

Does anyone know if there is a free/open repository of plans for
things like steam turbine engines online?  I found things like model
railroad and model engines which cost some pretty serious
dollar-damage to get the machining plans.   If you know of a site that
has scale drawings of a working engine, please share.
