My super swell friend Denise is looking for a one month subletter. here's
the info:

"I need someone to live in my awesome room from June 2 until July 6.
it's a fairly small room with a window to the light well. the rest of
the apartment is really nice, with lots of breezy windows, and a big
sunny back porch. and since we're on the north side of Potrero Hill,
we get sunshine all damn day long.

the *unique* part of this place is that it's DIRECTLY above Bottom of
the Hill. as long as you don't mind noise, from about 8pm till
midnight, this deal is phenomenal. you get in for free to all the
shows. rent is silly cheap ($650 including PG&E). the location is
really close to everything, right on the 22 bus line, and less than 10
minutes on a bike across Market St.

other perks include: a Wolf range, dishwasher, washer/dryer. a claw
foot bathtub, and the shower's got water pressure that blasts you
clean. 2 strange cats that belong to my roommates (Ged and Lisa). more
