[Noisebridge-discuss] Five Minutes of Fame wrapup

Thanks for everyone who came out to Five Minutes of Fame!

We had a few new things this month: speakers were able to control their own
slides via VNC, we videotaped the talks, streamed them over the internet,
and we'll be posting them up on Youtube once we're finished processing them.
This is fantastic, and takes 5MoF to a new level.

Thanks to everyone who came out, as well as to all the speakers. I also want
to thank Slim, who solved our date conflict solution by graciously taking a
break from his VFX class every third thursday; Miloh and Ani, who came to
the rescue at the last minute and helped make everything run smoothly;
Eddie, who set up the videotaping and video streaming; Fox and Steen, who
helped behind the scenes but were unable to make the event; 5MoF is not a
one person show, and without support from all these people it would not have
happened.

Once the talks have been processed, we're going to make them available at
www.youtube.com/noisebridge. I'll send out an email when it's up, and I
encourage everyone to blog about it, post tweets, etc. Remember, 5MoF could
not happen without everyone.
