[Noisebridge-discuss] The co-operative elevator

The elevator still, as every time I've been to nb, encourages
co-operation and interdependence by not going to the third floor unless
someone on the third floor is pushing the call button.   I'm rarely
here, but if you hear an SOS from the buzzer and someone yelling up the
stairwell, it is me, and if you could come downstairs and confer with me
for a moment so we can coordinate me getting into the elevator, and you
pushing the call button from the 3rd floor outside the elevator, that
would be great.   Opening the elevator doors is non trivial for me
because they are fucking heavy so I don't want to get in and out and in
and out of it while trying to contact people to go push the button...

So till it works, keep an ear out for an SOS on the buzzer, or possibly
an OSO.
