I've been noticing the kids from the grocers do run up and down the 
stairs pretty often chasing rats or playing.

When Ani was building the projection screen and pulling materials out of 
the top landing, a pair of the kids ran up stairs thinking their heard a 
mouse trap go off. I invited them in and showed off the space and told 
them what we were about as they were very curious. I remember asking 
them if they could not play so loudly up and down our flight of stairs 
as there are some times classes going on.

I would recommend someone who doesn't come off as an asshole go down and 
ask the owner of the grocery store if he had any thoughts on the burning 
cardboard.
