[Noisebridge-discuss] Skateboarding solidarity and police abuse

I note the anti-skateboarding law is only for nighttime. What was the
rationale? Did they think skateboarding at night was dangerous, or that it
was a social problem?

I wonder if one could successfully either:
a) ensure the cops know that it's only illegal at night, and/or
b) repeal the law.
